The International standard ISO 14001 defines specification for an effective environmental management system (EMS). Rather than defining environmental performance standards, It offers a guideline that a company should adopt. ISO 14001 is a part of the ISO 14000 family of environmental quality standards and is a voluntary standard that can be accredited by organizations. Integrating it with other principles in management systems, most often ISO 9001, will further assist in achieving organizational objectives.   As per FSSAI, Food Business Operator needs training related to food processing, handling, production, and utilization.  Food Safety Training  is mandatory for food business operators or employees who involves in the food business. Food businesses can carry only after prior certification from a recognized training partner. In food safety training, there are nine different types of courses. At least one certificate course requires for a person who is running the business. OSS Certification  provides various types of the food certification course. OSS has been impaneled by the FSSAI, to provide food safety training to the food safety supervisors. You can participate in the training program after complete the registration on FSSAI and choose the trainer as OSS amongst the various trainer.
